1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Albetech Finance, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Description of Services

Albetech Finance is a cloud-based financial tracking and management platform. We provide tools to help you organize your finances, including:

• Financial management: transactions, accounts, budgets, savings goals, and financial reports
• Workspaces for organizing personal and business finances separately
• Team collaboration features for business workspaces
• AI-powered financial insights and recommendations through our AI Advisor
• Invoice creation and management (Business plan)
• Customer relationship management (Business plan)

3. Important Disclaimer: Not Financial Advice

Albetech Finance is a financial tracking and organization tool. We are NOT a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or financial planner. The AI Advisor feature provides general insights based on your data, but these should not be considered professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional before making important financial decisions. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your actual bank accounts or funds.

4. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your password and account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately at support@albetechsolution.com if you suspect unauthorized access
• Maintain only one account per person (do not create duplicate accounts)

5. Subscription & Billing

We offer free and paid subscription plans:

• Plans: Free, Starter ($7.99/month), Pro ($14.99/month), and Business ($34.99/month). Prices may vary and current pricing is always displayed on our pricing page
• Billing: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan
• Free trial: Pro plans may include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase or renewal if you haven't extensively used the service during that period. Contact support@albetechsolution.com for refund requests
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days before any price changes. If you don't agree to the new pricing, you can cancel before the change takes effect
• Downgrading: When you downgrade to a lower plan, features beyond that plan's limits become read-only until you either upgrade or reduce your usage

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international laws
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or overwhelm our services or infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our platform
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the platform (except through our official API, if available)
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use the AI Advisor for purposes other than personal financial insights (e.g., generating content for resale)

7. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter into Albetech Finance. We provide tools to help you track and organize your finances, but we do not verify the accuracy of the information you input. Reports, budgets, and AI insights are only as accurate as the data you provide. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on incomplete or inaccurate data in your account.

8. Intellectual Property

Albetech Finance and all associated content, features, functionality, design, and branding are owned by Albetech Solution LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our written permission.

9. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into our platform — your transactions, accounts, budgets, invoices, and all other content you create. You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. You can export or delete your data at any time. We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Account Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and then your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees. We'll attempt to notify you before any termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free of harmful components. We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Albetech Solution LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the services. Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Albetech Solution LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via email and display a prominent notice in the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may cancel your account before they take effect.
