Termination

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Albetech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the services.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through the services or via email. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
